Q: How does the process work when I sell my house to you?
A: After you fill out the Quick Start Form one of our investors in your area will quickly contact you and gather some additional information. They will schedule a time with you to view the property or in some cases, may be able to make your an offer on the phone. Once the offer has been made you are under no obligation. If you decide to sell your house our home buyer may be able to close within 14 days depending on your individual situation.
 
Q: Are there any fees involved?
A: No! We do not charge any fees to make an offer or to buy your house and there are NO real estate commissions!
 

Q: Do you buy houses if they are run-down, or in disrepair?
